Do you bring your own equipment?
Yes. We arrive with professional detailing equipment and products. We’ll confirm any site requirements when arranging your appointment.
Where do you provide service?
We serve London, St. Thomas and nearby communities at homes and workplaces.
How long does a detail take?
Most details take approximately 2–4 hours. Paint correction and ceramic coating require more time depending on the vehicle and level of correction.
How should I prepare?
Please remove personal belongings and make sure we can safely access the vehicle. We’ll confirm any water, power or parking requirements in advance.

What does “starting from” mean?
Pricing varies by vehicle size and condition. Excessive pet hair, staining, debris or specialty work may cost more. Your final price is confirmed before we start.
Which package should I choose?
Basic suits regular upkeep, Premium is the best fit for most vehicles, and Deluxe is designed for neglected, stained or heavily used interiors.
Can paint correction remove every scratch?
Paint correction improves swirls, haze and many light defects. Deep scratches that have passed through the clear coat may require body-shop repair. We assess the paint before recommending a service.
Why add a ceramic coating?
A ceramic coating protects the corrected finish, adds gloss and makes routine washing easier. Durability depends on the coating, preparation and aftercare.
